I had originally planned to just have my bridal party around for the morning, but leading up to our wedding my grandfather got into a terrible battle with cancer. Most of my family decided to stay home. Just 3 days before the big day, he passed, perhaps so my grandmother could attend. It was so nice to have a super sweet, calm professional around during a hectic, somber family time. Candace is an amazing artist and made everyone feel like the babe they should feel like. At the time I wasn’t aware she never took money for doing my grandmother’s makeup. Having her makeup done let her shine like she does, even though she just lost her husband of almost 65 years. My Grandfather would have loved to have seen her all dolled up on that special day. So thank you Candace for squeezing her in, it was very sweet of you! We all looked and felt great. I highly reccomend Candace for your special day and as an aspiring wedding photographer I will continue to recommend you to any clients and friends.

Prior to having my wedding makeup done I had never actually had any sort of professional makeup done-not even for my graduation! I was a little nervous prior to going in as I don't regularly wear much makeup-however Candace eased me into it and really calmed my nerves! She kept me informed along the way of the different types of makeup she was applying and I learned a few tricks to use myself. I Hired Candace To do my Makeup for Prom, My experience with her was fantastic! I really loved how she let me do a consultation prior to the big day and let me try out the eyeshadow primer to make sure it would stay. She put all of my concerns to rest! Candace did a great job with re-creating the look I wanted to go with my dress. I loved it! I Wouldn't recommend anyone else but her for makeup!

Before hiring Candace for my wedding, I was nervous because I had only had my makeup done once before and I wasn't pleased
with how it turned out. But after a friend had recommended her to me I thought I would go for a trial. It was more than I could have hoped for. She was able to achieve the exact look I was hoping to attain from the photos that I had previously sent her and it looked better than I could have imagined.
